I just saw an aerial view photo of discarded wind turbines blades in a field next to the Sweetwater Cemetery in Texas taken Oct. 4,2023 by Brandon Bell. I heard that wind turbine blades cannot be recycled and in the US, the cheapest option is to send fiberglass blades to landfills. By 2050, there could be more than 40 million metric tons of blades waste filing up worldwide... thoughts?

Problem but still better than one ton of nuclear waste.

Of course, who wants nuclear waste? I know one whose father works in feds govt and a chemical engineer and he expressed his concerns about the dumping of toxic waste into the ocean and how the chemicals would destroy the the cool air in the atmosphere and stratospheres causing a warming effect that could potentially change the weather! He was also concern about how the salt would cause erosion of the gallons barrels and leak toxic chemicals into the water, ultimately contaminating it and changing the eco system of the ocean. If you think of it, the govt has already done this years ago?…yay😳
