Politics aside...CODA, this was a great and powerful movie for disability community. It touched me deeply since I am currently working with individuals/families with developmental/physical disabilities. Also having a hearing impaired brother which we always argued growing up, makes me realized how blessed I am being part of their journey. Movies like Quite Place2, Miracle of 34th Street and others were also powerful deaf movies. How can we don’t appreciate the great Helen Keller♥️. I am glad actors like Troy Kotsur and Marlee Matlin won the Academy awards. This kind of movie comes along once in a lifetime and the song "Both sides Now" is just perfect. Thank you!
