While places like China and Texas surge ahead with wind energy, Connecticut has undercut Massachusetts so New England will lose out on launching the Vineyard Wind Two project.

Meanwhile multi-millionaire Leonard Leo, best known for giving Trump a list of Supreme Court justices, has been heavily funding anti-offshore wind groups, which could effectively kill New England’s best way to produce its own energy.
